Food & Drink

Outside food is welcome at Blue Stallion Brewing however you must remove your food waste before leaving. A $50 cleanup charge will be added for spaces left with outside food after an event.

For all reservations there is a minimum $50 tab required at the bar. The tab can include alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages as well as BSB merchandise. The tab will need to be opened with a credit card prior to the reservation time.

We do allow outside food and soft drinks for reserved events, but NO outside alcohol may be on premises at any time.

Decoration & Setup

If you plan to decorate your space for an event, you must clean up all the decorations before leaving. A $50 cleanup charge will be added for spaces left with decorations or other outside materials after an event.

Do NOT use duct tape, thumb tacks, or other materials that would leave a permanent mark on the space.

Due to damage to the facility in the past, these items are NOT permitted for decorations:

  • Primary Contact with name, phone number, and email address
  • Reservations require a $50 deposit for all events. Deposit will be applied to the reservation cost or toward the minimum bar tab requirement, whichever is higher of the remaining balance.
  • Reservations require a minimum bar tab of $50. Tabs must be open with a credit card prior to start of event.
  • Reservation cost and bar tab must be paid in full before the event concludes
  • Confirmed start time and duration of event
  • Estimate of group size
