The taproom at 610 W. Third St. is currently operating with tent, patio, curbside pick-up, and indoor seating hours. Current hours are:
- Tuesday – Wednesday | 11am-10pm
- Thursday – Saturday | 11am-11pm
- Sunday – Monday | 3pm-10pm
Salt & Vinegar (serving food in Blue Stallion Taproom)
- Lunch: Tues – Sat | 11am-2pm
- Dinner: Tues – Sat | 4pm-9pm
- Sunday – Monday Closed
